I totally missed that was Alex Kingston in Arrow, I hadn't recognized her. I loved her in Doctor Who though.
I think Paul Blackthorne is a seriously underestimated actor in my opinion. On the other hand I always have to think Harry Dresden when I see him. Actually, when I read about Harry in my mind he looks a lot like Paul.
I like Arrow in general, but it swings a lot between good and mediocre.
A DW and Arrow cross-over should be possible, we already saw Robin Hood in DW (in the worst episode of the season I might add...).
