It looks like Blinkbox is using its own encryption scheme, so you won't be able to convert or edit the books in calibre.

I don't know of any tools that remove Blinkbox encryption. Personally I wouldn't buy any DRMed ebooks where I couldn't remove the DRM. What happens if Tesco decides to abandon Blinkbox Books?
