I really think it just depends on where you're based: I don't know why but I seem never to find good deals on English books I want to read on Amazon
Kobo coupons can make all the difference, too! Especially when the good ones (to save from 50% onwards) are working!
But I do agree Amazon store is way easier to browse through. Kobo's is a mess and quite slow, too.
