Before drastic measures you could try using a SQLite database editor/manager in order to "fix" the errors if possible.

I'm no expert at all but I used SQLite Manager (a Firefox extension) once in order to rebuild some database indexes that were damaged I don't know how. If you are decided to reset your device it could be a last wild attempt...

Of course if a wise guy looks at it for you, your recovery chances will be seriously increased
