I think you completely and utterly misunderstand what I've said thus far; I haven't
remotely "gone off at you." I've simply told you precisely what the myriad issues are with what you perceive as something ignored by the eBook-making world, apparently out of
laziness.
The fact that
you've never even coded a back-link for an index item jump tells me the precise extent of what you know about the topic, but you apparently feel free to opine away as to what's been overlooked or neglected. Both I and Tex have now endeavored to show you the issues. Period.
