Is there an advantage to ordering from an indie bookseller like Greenlight rather than Kobo or vice versa?

Greenlight was great - fast with the shipping, and quick with responses to email. Fully recommend them.
When I decided on an HD I first tried the Kobo site and ran into problems. They charged my card 3x, and at that point my cc company contacted me and said they had frozen the card and canceled the numbers, as whichever card transaction service Kobo used was not secure.
I went with Greenlight a few days later based on a recommendation from a MR user, and I had my HD very soon after that. I was also happy to be able to support an indie store, and had Kobo tie my old account to Greenlight so they received a cut from my future epub purchases.
And I did deal directly w/ Kobo when my HD controller went bad, and the third party purchase was not an issue getting a replacement. There was a mix-up with the first replacement - I was sent a 6" Aura rather than the HD - but that was rectified fairly shortly.
I'm even more pleased with the speed and ease of my Chapter's ordered H20. Two day shipping from Canada was a complete surprise.
