Yeah, I've have problems actually getting it to connect, too - although disconnecting and reconnecting usually works. I find it works better if the Iliad is at a menu rather than with a document open, which seems odd.
It's somewhat annoying, anyway. In general I love the device but the usability is pretty low so far.
