Thanks for following up on this Harry I had thought that initially, but from very basic test it feels like there is a little more weight shifting around than I'd expect with just a bit of play in the buttons.

Unfortunately it's a bit of a toughie as I don't have another unit to compare with.

From the horses mouth, "there is usually no rattle emanating from the device" so I'm going to err on the side of caution and get it checked.
