Right now I am recovering from a Sails Restaurant lunch of:
  • Moët & Chandon Brut Imperial Rosé Champagne N.V
  • Waxy Potato Gnocchi with Italian sausage ragout, crisp pancetta, fried sage, and pecorino
  • Grilled (rare) Rib Fillet; 180 day grain fed, with colcannon, kaissler bacon, portabello mushrooms, roasted baby onions & porcini butter
  • Callebaut chocolate and peanut butter terrine served with sultana jam, vanilla bean icecream, chocolate sauce and crumbled honeycomb

I've also a migraine, which the Champagne was never going to help, but, bugger it...CHAMPAGNE!

Right this very moment I'm considering a quick dip in the pool to cool my head, and then a longer dip in the spa to warm me up (not that I need warming up, considering I'm sitting around in boardies with the fans spinning on "High").

Cheers,
Marc
