I'm in the process of returning a Voyage that had the same problem. (Multiple Factory Resets didn't fix the problem.) There's some speculation as to what went wrong with it, as it was working fine for the first 4, or 5, days that I had it. But... I'm thinking that it was either a corrupted book file, or some active content that I ran. (The Voyage doesn't support active content, which I didn't know at the time.)
I'm curious, did you run any active content?
Best of luck... but I think you need to return that Voyage and get a different one.
