Choices by Marie Ferrarella, 2nd in her A Woman's Life series of contemporary romance/maybe women's fiction. Part of the blurb implies that this has been published before, but I couldn't find a paper link for it, unless she wrote under a pseudonym, and the copyright info in the front of the sample just says 2014. Aside from that, Ferrarella is a much-published Harlequin author whom you probably all know already anyway.
