Mouse Wheel Sensitivity Setting

Hello, I am new here, so I apologize if this is a bad topic due to subforum location or duplication, etc. (I did utilize the search feature first and didn't find one like it).

The story is: I like my overall system (Windows) set sensitivity for my mouse wheel control. But it is too sensitive in the Calibre application. When in Cover Grid, browsing my library, one single deliberate "scroll tick" down on the wheel will make it scroll more than just 1 row of books, usually scrolling something like 1 & 2/3s rows, and sometimes I completely miss an entire row of books because the over-scrolling lines up just right that entire rows are too much in the top & bottom margins to ever be in actual view while scrolling. Also, in eBook reading mode, scrolling goes by a few too many lines at a time and sometimes I get a bit lost while reading because I expect my scrolling to go by fewer lines than it is.

I have already discovered that all of this is controlled by my system mouse wheel sensitivity setting. The problem is, that for everything outside of the Calibre application, I like my mouse wheel setting perfectly. It's only in Calibre where it feels too sensitive and results in my getting lost or missing entire lines/rows because of over-scrolling. So I really don't want to change my system sensitivity setting just to make Calibre feel better at the expense of slowing everything else down to where my scroll wheel is under-sensitive.

Is there a way we can get an in-program sensitivity setting, please? Or is there one already that I am missing?
