I usually love Amazon to death, but this entire experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and it is making me reconsider giving them all my money - literaly everything I purchase is from Amazon.
I spoke to CS last night about my replacement KV having the same screen issues as the first one and guess what? they tried the exact same thing with me. The told me it was normal and that I had the option of returning for a full refund.

I told them that I really don't think it's normal for the top 1/3rd of the screen to be tinted yellow and that this is an issue that is being widely reported online.

They are going to get back to me in 24-48 hours.

I really hope this isn't the stance that amazon is going to be taking now regarding the KV screens...
