I have been a bit disappointed with Kindle CS this year. I feel like in past years, they had a real interest in people liking the devices they got. This year, they could care less.
What's worse is that I now had a second Kindle representative tell me that having a yellow top and blue bottom is by design and not a fault. I made her repeat it, too. The nerve, at $200! Why don't they post this in the product description, then?
I usually love Amazon to death, but this entire experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and it is making me reconsider giving them all my money - literaly everything I purchase is from Amazon.

I'm sorry they wouldn't help with the PW2

as to the Voyage my guess is they know they have an issue but don't know how to resolve it so they've instructed CS to make out its a feature not a fault.
