I will try another Factory Reset... it didn't work last time. Maybe it will this time...
Meanwhile, I just sent the CS guy that I've been dealing with an email... I'm requesting that he send me the original update files via email. (Or however.) I doubt he'll be able to help me, but you never know. It's worth a try!
I suspect I'm hosed! I have no idea what the problem is, I just know that I'd prefer to fix my old Voyage... than accept the new one. I believe it's fixable by somebody that has the required software tools, and knows what they're doing. Somebody like one of the Amazon engineers, but that ain't me!
