The same thing happened to me at the now defunct Fictionwise. About a dozen ebooks I had purchased there were unavailable when I tried to download them a month or so later. Their terms of service specifically stated I had 7 days to download, so that was my bad.

Fortunately, when B&N absorbed Fictionwise, I got those titles back in my B&N library. I downloaded those promptly.
