The name of the newsletter is "Off the Shelf." I'll quote part of their blurb about it: "Off the Shelf is a site and newsletter created by passionate editors, authors, and others inside the book business to help you discover—or rediscover—great books."

I think that I actually might be on the mailing list, I don't remember.

Here's the "fine print": Offer valid for new subscribers only and expires 12/31/14 While supplies last. Open only to legal residents of the United States. Program may be terminated at any time, and titles may be removed or replaced at any time."

You get your choice of six different ebooks. Off the Shelf is apparently connected with Simon & Schuster, so I'm going out on a limb and guessing that all of the ebook selections are S&S titles. haha I didn't see anything on the webpage for this promo about what format that the ebooks are in.

Once again we non-fiction only readers get kicked to the curb, as all of these titles are fiction. Being a non-fiction only reader, I don't know anything about these titles good, bad, or indifferent. Well, except the name "F. Scott Fitzgerald." I might have heard of it. haha
