Full-time regular employees may be given up to three days' leave with pay based on 8-hour work day increments for bereavement for the members of their immediate families: husband, wife, children, (including stepchildren), brothers, sisters, (including stepbrother or stepsister) brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, parents, (including stepparents), grandparents, grandchildren, father-in-law, mother-in-law, sons-in-law, or daughters-in-law.
