I did load one active content item onto my Voyage, and it seemed to work ok... but that was before I called Amazon CS and they had me to the Factory Reset.
1) Every morning, the Voyage locks up. It boots up ok, but the minute I try to do anything... nothing! (When I try a simple off/on, it comes back with a blank, white, screen.)
2) At odd times, during the day, I get Application Errors!
3) The only way I've found to fix these problems is with a 20 second reboot, but it's not a lasting "fix."
4) The Factory Reset fixed the problem for about 2 days, then it was back to the same old problems!
I can't wait for the replacement Voyage to arrive tomorrow and I hope it has a good screen because, with the exception of the above problems (which are MAJOR), I'm vary happy with this eReader! (I still think this is a firmware problem, but I'm the only person that I've seen that's having problems that are this major.)
