You call the sony store back then lousy, but it was still better than their efforts in other countries, the uk just got a link that took them to a 3rd party site rather than a proper store.


Once amazon launched the kindle properly in the UK I quickly switched over to them, the combination of good prices, wide selection and ease of use for the kindle easily overcomes any other minor issues that seem to bother some people a little too much.
