Italian sausage, Italian pepperoni (brought from Italy by one of our club members,) home-made buffalo milk mozzarella cheese, and a tomato-basil sauce to die for, all on fresh dough and baked in an outdoor wood oven, then sprinkled with freshly grated Parmesan cheese, also brought back from Italy.
(It's hard to find 'good' cheese here, and when we do, it's outlandishly expensive! Many cheese lovers here have taken to making their own.)
