The disclaimer is that I don't know all of this is happening for sure, just from the size of the shipments and the typical behaviour of current shipping methods. Kobo customer support should have been trained enough to not give out the pallet tracking number. But then again, we are talking about Kobo customer support.

We're now getting Amazon packages in Australia that packed in the US into individual posting boxes, then pallet shipped to a forwarder in Australia, then broken out and posted individually.
