The whole retailing and how to get a book up and which method can be complicated and a real pain. In some cases, it makes a lot more sense for the author to go direct upload. In others, they pay a distributor a cut to do it. I know Bell Bridge does publish original titles and they do upload to Kobo so I can't imagine why that one wouldn't be there, but there could be a reason!
But it still doesn't explain why it's available to buy in the US store with old checkout but not with new checkout.

I'm going to give it a week or so and if it still doesn't show, then I will email her.
