Strange - I've never heard of font being tied to background color before. Line spacing looks larger than I like but usable. I don't understand how people use apps that look like they have double or triple line spacing. That's much too annoying for me especially since I use a large font size and get fewer lines per page to start with.
I remember seeing that FBReader can now use a drm that's different than the standard ones so I keep hoping for a service using FBReader. They would probably take all customization away if they used it anyway. Kind of how the Boox T68 did with AlReader. I liked AlReader normally, but not on the T68 - they took away one of the best settings which was to change the font weight.
