Thanks for the suggestion on the koreader but I simply don't have time right now to mess around with the ereader. It makes me wonder why landscape view isn't included? I'll just wait a while and reconsider ordering another when things are more ironed out. Thanks anyway. I didn't realize my post would elicit such a negative reaction as I put some effort into providing some basic start up strategies for file management.
