Anything's possible, but because of the dates, I am pretty sure its only a week and a half old.
I have attached the backup file so you can try it.
Its not a huge deal, but I have seen it happen a couple of times with those two settings.
The third setting I am not completely sure about, but the first two I set when they became available and never changed again.
