Hmm, maybe I'm the only mantano reader + kindle fire user here, or maybe I need a new thread...
Anyway, just in case I'm not, I did solve another annoyance- how to get mantano on Kindle Fire to link to dropbox. The culprit here was the silk browser, clicking accept on the allow this app to use dropbox always gave an error, but pasting that URL into a sideloaded chrome browser app instead, then clicking accept within chrome did the trick.
