Kindle Fires don't do collections. NO cloud collections, no local collections, nada.
All books go into books folder- that's it.
Profiles are something different & perhaps better discussed in a separate thread.
you may be able to stop a child from seeing some books but I doubt it. they will either get all books or none, probably.
