Oh do come back here and share the experience with the PoketBook, please. I'm not sure if any physical store carries it around my area to see it personally.

Oh, I wouldn't dream going for real tech support to Kobo, I know the folks here at Mobileread would be much more helpful with that. But, say, the e-reader just stops working or has hardware issues, will Kobo just throw their hands in the air and pretend nothing ever happened or will they replace the unit/?
