I also prefer the warmer tint to the screen as opposed to the cold blue, as the cold blue is like looking at a computer screen or white background on a tablet. The only reason I would switch back to Voyage would be the landscape mode which was perfect for me. I'm surprised how well the H20 works and how much you can customize the fonts and spacing. I also like tapping the screen to change the page on both devices. I think people get used to what they have used. I think the lighting and screen is much better on the H20. I also wouldn't want the special offers that require a two step activation to get it out of sleep. Kobo lets you opt out of being tracked on purchases and what you are reading in the settings.
You can pay to get rid of the Special Offers. Amazon gives a $20 subsidy for putting up with the Special offers.

And if you have the magnetic cover, it is just one tap.

What do you mean by "tracking"? I am pretty sure both Amazon and Kobo will always know what books you have purchased from them.

I do not believe I have ever seen an indication that Amazon advertises books to you based on which books you have recently read, settings or not.* Does Kobo?

* -- They will, of course, advertise books based on your purchase history.
