Right now I am getting together my Holiday reads. The whole family well me , hubby and his parents has decided to start the Holidays early this year. Mother in law already got her tree up. I plan to start decorating next weekend. I'm already listening to Christmas music. I have 3 Halloween reads I'd like to get in but real life keeps getting in the way and I am unable concentrate on more than a few pages at a time. You know that song We Need A Little Christmas by Angela Landsbury well that is our family at the moment. So I read blog posts like this one and think it's got to get better! It gives me hope of hubby finding a permanent job, although I am very thankful for the temp job he is at right now and the overtime he is getting with it. So I guess this is me checking in for the past week. |
Blossom, the stores and malls near me (NY Metro area) have been playing Christmas music, diffusing Christmas scents into the air, and displaying Christmas decorations and gifts all month. Is that also true in your neck of the woods?
