The only downside of the Kobo is the lengthy (VERY lengthy, sometimes) delay after adding books. Eg, when I added 700 books to my H2O, it took about 2h to "process" them. However, that's a one-time process; when I add half a dozen new books now, it processes them in a few seconds.
Overall, the H2O is excellent. The Kindle, though, has much, much better dictionaries (important to me personally) and I think its library management is superior.
