An incredibly good piece of ground steak with blue cheese sauce and caramelized onions. Side of sautéed vegetables that had just been kissed by cooking. There was something that brought out a delicious nutty side note on the veg. Dish. It was obvious that these were fresh, not previously frozen vegetables. If you're ever in Cheyenne, I highly recommend the sourdough restaurant. Just don't sit by the window if it's cold out
