If they want to do that, that's fine. But they have to flag the books as "KePub" or "ePub." That's the problem. Otherwise they have to make it clear the Kobo Bookstore is designed only for Kobo Readers -- and tell Sony Reader users to ignore their Kobo Bookstore app.
