Made a polite stink about the situation. No pushback from anyone this time. Told the rep folks spoke to customer service today and will have a replacement Monday. She immediately processed things and said expect it Monday. Checked that order and it says shipping soon, guaranteed delivery the 27th.

I received mine with next day shipping, but that didn't help. :-/ Worse than #1.
