Saw this and called immediately. I was originally told my replacement would ship the first week of November. And I would be emailed by the representative when additional information was available.
Made a polite stink about the situation. No pushback from anyone this time. Told the rep folks spoke to customer service today and will have a replacement Monday. She immediately processed things and said expect it Monday. Checked that order and it says shipping soon, guaranteed delivery the 27th.
