Old techie here, still doing some part time programming, BB here has lost most tech and business customers while the one Micro Center store is mobbed daily.
Like the Apple stores they actually employ smart people and train them well.

Yep, much easier to have it delivered to my door by Amazon than have to mess around with no help inside a BB! We don't have any Micro Center stores in my area, just BB and Frys, and Frys is a 100 times worse than BB. Frys will have the same item in three different locations within their huge store, and all three locations will have a different price! They are so clueless and have no concept of organization or tracking their stock.
