I hear you! The BB I went to had a lot of young people in blue shirts wondering around aimlessly, but none were of any help. They had the Kindle display area buried inside (surrounded by) the tablets and smartphones. It was like a maze to navigate through it and find anything. In the past you could look around and see signs indicating what was located where, but they don't have anything clearly marked now. I finally found the Origami cover. The BB I went to only had the synthetic model and they only had it in black, so I felt like I was buying from Henry Ford: "You can have it in any color you want as long as its black." I didn't even see the Kindles on display, but I think they were there somewhere mixed in with the tablets and smartphones. An over all bad shopping experience, except I did get a good case but without any useful input from the mindless zombies in blue.
