I received my pw2 from amazon uk yesterday. I was quite disappointed as the screen looked like it had a yellow tint to it. Along the top and bottom of the screen there is a narrow band of white, which makes the yellow tint appear like a band in the center of the screen.
I was expecting the background to be white, it is after all called the "paperwhite", so i think quite reasonably i was expecting a white not yellow background. I have ordered 2 more pw2 to see if the screen is better on those. Otherwise i may just stick with my kindle 5th gen, as although i prefer the appearance of the text on the pw2, i don't like the yellowish look it has to its screen. My 5th gen kindle looks whiter and better in that regard.
I also didn't find the pw2 particularly sensitive to my touch. Sometimes i had to press several times before my intended action took place, such as page turning or pressing the home button to get back home.
