Not necessarily literary, but WNYC Leonard Lopate's radio show, which is a podcast on itunes and on WNYC's website, is very good. He often interviews authors of both fiction and non-fiction.

It is also live on WNYC-FM weekdays at noon for two hours. The podcasts are of the individual interviews of various lengths (20-40 min.).
