I called CS for a replacement, and after some serious back and forth, my replacement will be here on Sat. She kept telling me that the earliest available is 11/27, and she kept telling me to look at the date on their site. Puh-lease, like i wasn't in the same situation last year and the year before that?!
Attached is a picture of the V (left) next to my PW2, to show how horrid my PW2 is - and that's after numerous replacements last year. The V is much better, but really not acceptbale for $200 - if i had a good PW, I would just give up on the V.
