The tablet/ereader guy here didn't know it came out either.

He at first told me "no we don't have it," then I told him it said so online, showed him my phone, the he had to run to the warehouse in the back. He came back with the entry model stating that was it...

Then he asked his manager (after claiming it's all he saw back there), who called the warehouse. She asked "do we have the new kindle tablet in stock? Voyager?"

I corrected her "it's an ereader, not a tablet.."

Anyway, it was a nightmare and unnecessarily complex. But they had it! And a case..

Oh, then she called someone higher and asked about the street date and if it was even allowed to be sold (on release day....).
