Now I understand the process. I guess when the file is 90 Megs, Kobo wants to limit how many can download at once.

Fortunately I found the instructions -- also right here on MobiRead -- and copied the files to the .kobo directory as instructed. All went well. My only disappointment was that I thought I would get the "turn off headers and footers" feature (as shown in a screenshot in the 3.11.0 thread), but now I realize that that is dependent on the device. Ryzir is using an H2O.
