I went to a Best Buy yesterday to look at the Voyager (I'm a Kobo owner). BB's site said they had them in stock, so...
There were no Kindles or Fires on display. They had torn down the display the previous night, and the Amazon rep was supposed to setup the new display.
The rep had a demo unit, and let me play with it. My comments:
The rep was very nice.
For reading the screen looked nice. On the home screen (the one that shows covers), it looked gorgeous; it put my Kobo Glo to shame.
The buttons seemed fine, better than I remember on my Nook ST. It did miss a few presses. The rep said on the demo units, the settings menu was locked, so I wasn't able to fiddle with the button sensitivity. The buttons was one of things I was particularly interested in, so this is disappointing.
I asked about the Voyage at other B&M stores, and he said it would be exclusively at BB for the initial rollout.
