I do not know if all of the above is adjustable in Calibre or not. In my experience BD conversion is MUCH better than Calibre.
Define better.

I could never find my way around BD myriad small icons. With Calibre, I tweak just a few setting and get a very good ebook, with margins set the way I want them, pagebreak every chapter and cover image and metadata which it pulls off the net.

I don't doubt BD does a good job, but for me, Calibre is better .

Anyway, I don't know what exactly "Words" means, but I think all the other settings exist in Calibre as well.
