When I tried to register for the contest using Firefox, my only country choices were UK and Canada, but when I tried using Chrome, my only choice was US. This is on the same PC (in the US).
I also had to change the password I've previously used for contests to meet the new password requirements. I had more problems with the captcha too, but I eventually got one I could decipher.
After all that work, all I got was a lousy 20%.
