Yeah, I've been looking at comparisons online -- I didn't realize the Glo had a 1024x768 screen. That, in itself, would probably be enough to recommend it over the Touch. My only problem is that, I've noticed that front-lit eReaders often seem to have a bit duller screen because (I presume) the extra layer required for distributing light over it. But the Glo appears to have really good contrast in the reviews I've read (and watched) -- the contrast looks at least as good as the Touch. And being able to darken the fonts to taste would be really nice. But you don't always get the full story when looking at videos or pictures.
