The iLiad and the DR1000S will read password protected PDFs, so will the BeBook (and presumably so will all the other Hanlin V3 variants). The Sony PRS-700 has a way to enter the password (via the touch screen), but I don't know if it supports passworded PDFs.
However, PDFs protected by passwords are not really protected at all. There are commercially available (presumably legal, at least for some purposes) programs for "password recovery" of PDF files, which actually just give you back a password free copy of the PDF. They do this even without knowing the password. Note that a password to open a PDF is sometimes called a "User Password", and it is the harder of the two kinds of PDF passwords to recover (the other restricts printing and copying).
Since you have the password, it is possible that a 3rd party PDF reader will allow you to save a password free version without going through the "recovery" process. Particularly if printing is allowed.
The BeBook can read DRMed MOBI and password protected PDFs, but I don't know if it is the best reader for either task. In the US, Astak is about to start selling the Hanlin V3 as the EZReader.
Summary:
EZReader: DRMed MOBI support, passworded PDFs via zooming
Cybook: best DRMed MOBI support, non-passworded PDFs via zooming
PRS-700: no MOBI, (passworded?) PDFs via refowing
