The story of this book:
At one point in the author's life has been a turning point year. It was an extremely difficult year in the business that he had collapsed overnight, and stayed in the same year in hospitals and bedridden with a double leg fracture. Also in that year, the loved ones have lost confidence in him, but the most painful thing that happened was that he has lost confidence in himself.
He had three years of suffering and in this three years has rebuilt his life, almost every night writing down the things revealed about the causes that led to the situation that was holding it in place with respect, in our minds about what we think and say about us prevents us humans to get more results about relationships with loved ones and many other things.
After three years in which he laid his thoughts on paper,he found that what he discovered in those three years could be extremely useful for any person no matter what stage of life they are,either that is at the top careers whether it is just getting started, whether it is a successful person or one who is in "ropes", whether it is with lots of money or with debts.
