Calibre opens Truecrypt user guide!

I'm running Calibre 2.6.0 in Linux Mint 13 (Maya) LTS.

I installed truecrypt-7.1a-linux-x86 and first-off clicked on Help > User Guide (which is /usr/share/truecrypt/doc/Truecrypt User Guide.pdf). The guide then opened (rather slowly) in Calibre's E-Reader, not the system default Evince!

If I click on the guide in the file manager (Nautilus), it opens in Evince.

In Calibre > Preferences > Behaviour pdf files are NOT selected to be read using the internal Calibre viewer.

Anyone know what's happening?
